Palapa holds private one-on-one consultations in Amsterdam City by appointment only. The makeup consultation takes around 2 1/2 hours and includes brow grooming, makeup application with lesson, personal makeup bag analysis, shopping list of products, diagram of your customized look and constant contact information. You should arrive at the appointment wearing your regular makeup look and bring all your own makeup with you so he can go through it.
